Now Hiring an Donor Coordinator Pay: $20-24/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Donor Coordinator for a 6-month research program focused on donor research and donation. This role involves significant manual work, including data entry and Excel tasks, and requires strong coordination and sales experience. The position is full-time and on-site, located in Roseville. Responsibilities Enroll and screen donors to ensure they meet requirements. Answer phone calls and manage email communications. Perform extensive manual work, particularly using Excel. Assist in the ongoing launch of Salesforce. Maintain a CRM system to track donor information. Understand donor requirements and manage donor accounts. Screen clients and volunteers, entering their information into the system. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in coordinating and sales. Data analytics and marketing experience. CRM system experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer service and administration skills.
