The State Fund Learning Center (SFLC) in the Corporate Learning department is looking for a highly motivated, self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. Under the direction of the VP of Corporate Learning, this position shall contribute to the success of the department by providing leadership to a team of HR Managers, HR Professionals, and Student Assistants who are responsible for ensuring the effective administration of training and employee development programs.
In this position, you will oversee HR training and development programs/projects that support State Fund's workforce. You will have direct oversight of New Employee Onboarding, the Emerging Professional Program, contracts, budgets, tuition assistance, training academies, and other high-impact learning initiatives and administrative functions.

- Adept at effectively developing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with diverse groups of people
- Strong event/project management experience and proven track record to lead and execute projects with solid results
- Creative and solutions minded; Ability to design, plan, and implement policies, procedures, and workflow processes
- Ability to act independently and collaborate with others-demonstrating flexibility, tact, poise, patience, and diplomacy
- Working knowledge of personnel management methodologies, and training disciplines and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Teams, Zoom, and other applications/learning tools and technology
- Decisive; able to analyze information to proactively make/implement recommendations and render decisions in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Proven ability to effectively understand, prioritize, manage, track, and measure human capital programs
- Ability to apply business acumen and experience to best analyze and make fair, fact-based decisions; integrate HR and business strategies

Working Conditions
