Imagine having an opportunity to impact the strategic direction of training for an entire organization. This role will give you just that opportunity. As a Staff Services Manager III over our Learning & Development group, you will oversee a team of instructional designers, learning consultants, training facilitators, and a group of experienced leaders. The person who gets this role will work with a nationally recognized training team, and for an organization that is committed to developing its employees. The ideal candidate would have experience in adult learning, a passion for helping people, and strong interpersonal skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of leadership experience Working knowledge of adult learning theories Strong project management experience Experience partnering with senior leadership and executives Strong written and verbal skills Analytical skills and the ability to determine effective courses of action based on objective and anecdotal information The ability to evaluate performance and coach for success The ability to innovate and find creative solutions to problems Intellectual curiosity New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.
