This position will be an overall HR Generalist and will support the HR department in all areas focusing primarily on recruitment with support on HRIS system maintenance, benefits, payroll, employee lifecycle, and other duties as needed. Ideal candidate will know their way around ATS and HRIS systems and be very detail oriented with the ability to work with all levels of employees.

Recruitment Support:

Takes ownership of recruiting process, improving hiring practices and able to fill positions in a timely manner. Prescreens candidates, sets up interviews and manages recruitment process in ATS. On-going sourcing for all open positions; and hard to fill roles. Reduces spend on outside recruiting agencies. Post open positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Architecture sites. Puts together offer letters, coordinates post offer background checks. Manages recruitment reporting and analyzes best spent of recruiting dollars for best results. Ensures all applicants are tested for technical skills. Manages the referral bonus process, connecting with employees on potential hires. Training Support:

Assist with education reimbursement requests and questions. Revit training coordination and reimbursement. Track ARE Licensing. Other duties:

Answer general HR questions for staff related to benefits, policies and procedures. Assist with government HR reporting. Help with HRIS system support and benefits support as needed. Cross train with benefits and payroll to be able to step in as a backup during absences. Job Requirements:

BA degree with 3-5 years HR generalist and at least 3 years recruiting experience, PHR preferred. Experience working with HRIS system, ATS systems, Paycom experience desirable. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Customer service oriented. Able to work with all levels of management. Team oriented.
