Job Description Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue through proactive sales strategies. Business Development: Develop and execute plans to expand our market presence and customer base within the region. Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position our products effectively. Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our scaffold systems to confidently present solutions to clients. Travel: Participate in regional travel (~5%) with occasional international travel to support business initiatives and customer engagements. Reporting & Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Sales Lead and COO, providing regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. The Main customers are: industrial service providers, scaffolding, and commercial construction companies Prepare and action a program of visits to potential clients and existing customers Continuous follow-up of customer visit Analytical weekly reporting in a prescribed format for discussion with the CEO Actively manage customer orders and follow-up. Technical advice and support to clients and prospective clients Identification and development of Layher product solutions together with the customer. Follow up on overdue receivables. Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the construction or industrial sectors. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences. Energetic & Driven: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to exceeding targets. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Technical Aptitude: Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex technical product details. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required. Approximately

regional travel with occasional international travel. The position requires excellent sales skills and a good technical understanding, preferably in the construction industry or metal structures. Previous sales experience in scaffolding, construction, or related fields is preferred. Good computer systems skills (Office 365), CRM software, excel spreadsheet, etc. Ability to learn quickly and acquire product and application knowledge Growth in sales revenue generally, with special regard to single customers and industry Excellent customer relationships, especially with large key clients, with minimal customer complaints Timely and accurate planning and reporting on sales activity Benefits
