LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Staff Accountant job opportunity for the corporate office located in Sacramento, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have 3 years of accounting experience with a specific strength in Accounts Payable. The major portion of the job will be accounts payable along with general accounting responsibilities including, back reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and being comfortable cross training in accounts receivable and payroll, as well as other duties and adhoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications for the job include: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field highly preferred - Solid full cycle Accounts Payable experience - Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits and general accounting - Software experience with a medium to large ERP would be preferred - Team player, comfortable to work independently, and pleasant - Reliable, dedicated, and meets deadlines - Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized - Solid communications (written & verbal) - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate, Word & Outlook)
Experience: 3 or more years of experience in Accounting (Staff Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk) Employment Type: Temp to Perm

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour
