We are looking for a detail-oriented
Human Resources Generalist
to join our team. This role will focus on payroll administration, benefits management, and the employee onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
Responsibilities: Payroll Administration: Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, including timecard verification, special calculations, and compliance with tax regulations. Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, life events, support the 401k plan administration, and manage leave of absence processes. New Hire Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, including background checks and IT requests. Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, etc. HR Audits: Assist the Director of HR in audits related to benefits administration, payroll, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating compliance training and development programs for employees. Qualifications:
HR Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration. Technology Skills: Proficient in ADP and other HRIS systems; knowledge of payroll and benefits administration software is essential. Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
