Adecco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage diverse projects across multiple domains, including Utility (Solar, Electric, Nuclear), Technology, and Construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in project management, ideally within the Utility, Technology, or Construction industries.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.

Drive project delivery within specified timelines and quality standards.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Facilitate collaborative project meetings and decision-making processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $83.00 per hour
