Assistant Construction Project Manager

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to support our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, from project coordination and documentation to procurement and safety compliance.

Hybrid work schedule: Typically 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of construction experience (internships or assistant roles considered)
Previous experience as a construction project coordinator or assistant
Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and safety regulations
Basic knowledge of construction project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and take direction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
OSHA or other safety certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and other project-related documents.
Procurement & Materials Management:
Assist in ordering materials and equipment.
Monitor inventory and track material usage.
Budget & Cost Tracking:
Help track project budgets and prepare cost estimates.
Assist with invoice processing and budget reconciliation.
Site Support & Safety Compliance:
Support site visits to monitor project progress and ensure safety compliance.
Quality Control:
Assist in quality control inspections and issue resolution.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
