We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Lead for our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry, located in Lebanon, Tennessee. As a Payroll Lead, your key role will be managing the full cycle of payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of the full cycle payroll system.

• Manage and maintain accurate records for a large number of employees.

• Familiarity with Workday for payroll processing and HRIS functions.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations related to payroll.

• Utilize Workday - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Ceridian for payroll functions.

• Generate reports using Crystal Reports for auditing and tracking purposes.

• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions.

• Proficiency in using About Time for time tracking and payroll processing.

• Ensure all accounting functions related to payroll are carried out effectively.

• Handle auditing procedures related to payroll.

• Resolve any payroll-related inquiries efficiently.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Supervisor/Manager in the Restaurants & Catering industry

• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services for effective financial management

• Knowledgeable in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer

• Experience in using Ceridian for payroll and HR processes

• Ability to use Crystal Reports for business reporting and analysis

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration for managing retirement benefits

• Proficient in About Time for efficient time tracking

• Solid understanding and experience of Accounting Functions

• Strong skills in Auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions for employee welfare

• Proficient in Workday for effective workforce planning and analytics

• Experience in using Workday ERP for efficient business management

• Knowledgeable in Workday HRIS for effective human resource management

• Experience in using Workday Payroll for efficient payroll processing
