What We Offer:

  • Training Provided: Learn to operate machinery and drive a forklift!
  • 4-Day Work Week:
    • 1st shift: $18/hr, 6 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon-Thurs)
    • 2nd shift: $19/hr, 4 PM to 2:30 AM (Mon-Thurs)
  • Weekly Pay: Temp-to-hire in 90 days or less.
  • Benefits Available: Comprehensive benefits through Kelly after 30 days.

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator/Production Worker:

  • Operate machines to produce food products.
  • Record materials, machine functions/readings, and finished goods.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Clean and maintain machines and support equipment.
  • Weigh, identify, and load raw materials.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine parts.
  • Operate forklifts to move the finished product (training provided).
  • Organize production supply storage areas.
  • Stock pallets and package production supplies.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, stocking, machine operation, or food handling
  • Preferred experience with large home improvement stores, moving companies, or large appliance delivery
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
  • Ability to pass a written test for forklift certification (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills

Physical requirements include frequent lifting of 35 lbs., bending, reaching, stooping, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
