About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Executive (CFE) to lead our financial operations and ensure the long-term sustainability of our institution. The CFE will be responsible for financial forecasting, strategic financial analysis, and managing the preparation of the annual budget. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, and strategy, including at least 5 years in a management or leadership role. While not mandatory, a CPA or CMA designation is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the President, Board of Trustees, and senior leaders to align the College’s financial plan with its mission and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include cultivating a culture of collaborative financial stewardship, managing the endowment fund, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFE will also engage in external monitoring, cash flow and investment management, and participate as a Cabinet Member for the Audit, Finance, and Investment Committees.
