About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Executive (CFE) to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic financial guidance and play a crucial part in shaping the financial direction of our school district. You will oversee fiscal operations, ensure effective budget management, and drive initiatives for financial stability and growth.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Superintendent and other leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with our organization's goals and priorities. You will lead efforts in bond and levy development, manage the annual budget, and ensure compliance with state and federal financial reporting and auditing requirements.

We invite applicants with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative financial role within a school district or comparable experience. Proven success in maintaining the financial health of an educational institution, strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential attributes we are looking for. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and a Master's degree are preferred qualifications.
