office, you will be enabling and managing the global fulfilment team to provide an excellent, customer-centric experience by holding the team accountable and removing roadblocks. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on ways to improve performance, efficiency, and efficacy based on customer feedback and supply chain performance with cross-functional collaboration. The role is at the pinnacle of push and pull demands within SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning) and will be responsible for key performance indicators such as on time delivery, unreserved past due back log, customer pick up, and fill rates. You will be leading a team of two Customer Support professionals. Key responsibilities (to name a few): Accountable for orderbook health - order ownership, i.e. orders released on time while ensuring information flow across all relevant business units Analyzing data: identifying trends and forecasting sales to provide insight, and thereby contributing to the management of inventory health and financial performance Identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth Managing order fulfilment processes: overseeing the sales process to ensure it's optimized and running smoothly. With responsibility for the development and delivery of enablement tools, programs, and processes that drive accountability and success Conducting negotiations with customers, explaining complex and sensitive information, working to build consensus ABOUT YOU BA/BS Degree 8 years of progressive fulfilment/customer service (or relevant field) experience 3+ years of managerial experience Proven analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects Distinguished people leader Oracle ERP experience preferred Strong BI capabilities with demonstrated system experience Passion for technical product understanding Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organization skills 10% travel- 1-2 global trips per year Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. PAY & BENEFITS Full-Time: $110,000 - $120,000 Bonus Eligible Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
