We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Wood & Furniture Manufacturing industry, based in VIENNA, Ohio. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with managing a multi-line phone system, maintaining a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and representing the company in interactions with both customers and clients. Professionalism is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:
• Operating a multi-line phone system effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrating a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Representing the company professionally in interactions with customers and clients
• Handling customer service tasks, including answering inbound calls and email correspondence
• Performing data entry tasks accurately
• Scheduling appointments and managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.


• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills

• Solid data entry capabilities

• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

• Excellent scheduling skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate appointments effectively

• Interest or background in Wood & Furniture Manufacturing industry is a plus

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail is critical for success in this role

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
