Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and update customer tickets on a daily basis
• Liaise with customers to address service concerns and facilitate solutions
• Implement company software tools and programs to manage various tasks including benefit changes, ticket requests, customer inquiries, and other necessary assignments
• Display effective listening and communication skills to pinpoint problems, needs, and opportunities
• Ensure regular availability during evening work hours, as required
• Undertake additional duties as necessary
• Proficient use of telephony systems and basic online resources
• Emphasize on delivering excellent customer service and work closely with internal departments
• Utilize computer skills for various tasks and assignments.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service roles
• Proven ability in Training and Supervising team members
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions within a customer service setting
• Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency in Office Suite
• Experience with Ticketing System for customer queries and complaints
• Ability to liaise effectively with Internal Departments to resolve issues
• A Plus certification or equivalent is desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities to Identify Problems and implement solutions
• Experience with Telephony System in a customer service environment
• Familiarity with company practices in customer service
• Ability to maintain high levels of customer service during peak periods.
