1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that drives the organization's goals, supports clinical excellence, and enhances operational efficiency. Work cross-functionally to unify clinical, administrative, and technical teams, building a cohesive vision that supports top-tier patient care. 2. Cutting-Edge Technology Management
Oversee the implementation and optimization of Epic EHR systems, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and usability. Drive industry-leading cybersecurity strategies to safeguard patient data, enhance IT security, and ensure robust disaster recovery plans. Champion the adoption of AI and other advanced technologies that enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations. 3. Innovation & Digital Transformation
Identify and implement breakthrough digital health trends and tools, positioning our organization at the forefront of healthcare technology. Lead key innovation projects, transforming patient experience, operational workflows, and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Oversee monthly metrics and dashboard reporting to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 4. Strategic Vendor Partnerships
Build and manage relationships with technology vendors, securing contracts that maximize quality, innovation, and value. Evaluate and integrate software solutions that enhance our clinical and administrative processes. 5. Inspiring Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including EHR and Epic implementation teams, data analytics, and health information teams. Cultivate a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration, empowering staff to achieve their full potential in a supportive environment. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in healthcare IT leadership (CIO, CTO, or similar roles) with a strong background in EHR systems, networks, and data analytics. Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced understanding of IT security, interoperability, and data protection. Plus: Knowledge of FQHC healthcare organizations and experience with OCHIN Epic is a bonus. Benefits:
