Supervision of personnel in a professional setting. Meet or exceed core competency expectations for safety, quality, productivity, attendance/punctuality, and teamwork. Ensuring staffing levels are adequate, and managing and developing internal resources Establishing schedules for maintenance and day-to-day operations Supervising maintenance and repairs of equipment, and inspecting work areas for safety and orderliness Review and maintain team members' work performance Reporting on project specifications and requirements to relevant staff Schedule production and day-to-day tasks for team members. Demonstrate the ability to communicate properly in a professional work environment. Ensuring quality assurance in all aspects of operations, including logistics equipment Maintain consumables, and other orders or needs within responsible areas of production. Safety Plan Implementation Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Maintenance Scheduling and support Training staff in work and safety procedures, and in the use of equipment and supplies Implement and maintain a 5S production area Production work may be required Trouble shoot non-conformances derived from both turbine and package production. Production work may be required Communicate discrepancies and non-conformances immediately to management. Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks Coexist and function in a diverse team environment.Required Qualifications High school diploma and 3-5 years prior experience in a supervisory role with direct reports Experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements. Must read, write and speak fluent English. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.Desired Qualifications Previous experience overseeing the operations of a department, facility, or plant Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
