About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director with a PCH License in Pennsylvania to lead and direct community operations, ensuring the delivery of quality care and resident-centered services in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing policies related to hospitality, service delivery, and financial objectives. This role involves managing the community's budget, meeting occupancy and sales goals, and leading a team to achieve operational and financial success. The Executive Director must also be a strong representative of the company in the local community, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care and service. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must be at least 21 years old and hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years' operational experience in senior housing or hospitality, along with a similar period of supervisory experience in senior services, is preferred. The role requires a deep knowledge of federal and state industry regulations, as well as the ability to ensure compliance and high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving operational and financial goals, be adept at staff management and development, and possess excellent customer service and people skills. The Executive Director is expected to be a proactive leader, capable of making independent decisions and fostering a culture of excellence and integrity within the community.
