Responsible for architectural design, development, and deployment of the organization's IT infrastructure. Designs systems to consider functional requirements, scalability, and security. Defines system solutions based on user needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Establishes, implements, and documents technology integrations or migration strategies. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of programming and networking at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in computer science, information technology (IT) or related field; and 7+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Architect.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads architectural design, development, and deployment for cloud and on-premises solutions. Provides expertise, leadership, design, and implementation in cloud architecture with a focus on technical (including infrastructure, networks, and security) and application architecture, strategy, road mapping, and methodology. Writes effective, clear, and reliable architecture specifications. Identifies and mitigates technical risks, ensuring operational security of the environment. Guides the development of system requirements, performs architecture analysis, and provides integration and test support for mission-critical programs. Works alongside cybersecurity team to design and implement secure, resilient systems that meet operational and security standards. Trains and mentors project team members to deliver high-quality business solutions like scripting and writing programs to automated processes. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Salary: $127,970-$159,960 Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This position is required to be on-site at Everus' corporate location in Bismarck, ND or at an Everus operating company location. Hybrid option may be considered.
