Duties

Handle wage-hour class action lawsuits and PAGA cases from start to finish. Provide legal advice to clients regarding employment law matters, including compliance with California labor laws. Engage in pre-trial preparation and manage case files, deadlines, and communications. Participate in settlement negotiations and represent clients in hearings and trials as needed. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation, specifically with wage-hour class actions and PAGA cases. Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents, respond to discovery requests, and argue motions. Comfort with taking and defending depositions, as well as managing discovery in complex cases. Proven track record of managing multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, concise legal analysis. Ability to maintain professionalism and client service in high-pressure situations. Must be admitted to practice law in California. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
