Used Car Sales Manager
for our busy sales department. We have achieved tremendous growth over the past few years. Job Responsibilities: Appraise vehicles and determine value to ROI. Review vehicle condition reports. Providing detailed used car inventory management. Purchase and sell vehicles at auction. Determine wholesale and retail prices. Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite. Create and execute a reconditioning plan to prepare vehicles for sale. Monitor Recon Turn Rate. Using sound judgment, research, and excellent interpersonal skills to make offers on vehicles and close sales Work with management to identify current inventory needs. Attend manager meetings and maintain positive working relationships with owners, other managers, and dealership staff to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and budgets and report findings to upper-level management. Requirements:
Prior experience in Used automotive sales and management. Prior live auction purchase experience. Strong knowledge of the used car market trends and pricing. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to appraise and value vehicles live and remotely. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency with VAuto, OVE, and XTime. Benefits:
