Location: Bakersfield, CA

What Youll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by:

  • Creating, tracking, and billing invoices.
  • Communicating with customers about invoicing and account details.
  • Updating driver timesheets and monitoring electronic logging devices.
  • Maintaining daily records for rental equipment.
  • Handling data entry and filing paperwork.
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative functions and stepping in wherever needed.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in office administration; familiarity with accounting and office management is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; QuickBooks experience and accounts receivable knowledge are bonuses!
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • License: A valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
