Location: Bakersfield, CA

What Youll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by:
- Creating, tracking, and billing invoices.
- Communicating with customers about invoicing and account details.
- Updating driver timesheets and monitoring electronic logging devices.
- Maintaining daily records for rental equipment.
- Handling data entry and filing paperwork.
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative functions and stepping in wherever needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in office administration; familiarity with accounting and office management is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; QuickBooks experience and accounts receivable knowledge are bonuses!
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- License: A valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
