Our client located in the heart of Lake Nona, FL is looking for an Executive Assistant who will be an integral partner to the VP and C-Suite, providing comprehensive administrative support, enhancing productivity, and anticipating needs to proactively address challenges. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Experience in healthcare, tech, or similar industries is preferred.   • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting VP and C-Suite in the healthcare or tech sector
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Technology Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software experience; familiarity with tech platforms such as Zoom, Slack, or project management tools
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and act as a liaison across departments
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and other team members, clients, and partners
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Draft, review, and edit documents, presentations, and communications on behalf of executives
  • Conduct research and compile reports, insights, and data relevant to healthcare and tech industry trends
  • Manage special projects with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and support the organization's compliance and operational protocols
