If this sounds like a place you'd like to be, we're eager to meet you Lead the ongoing development and adoption of Salesforce at Redwood Credit Union. Successful candidate has a record of success in implementing Salesforce processes and fostering Salesforce adoption. Working closely with business leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes on the Salesforce platform, this role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. This position is on-site in Napa. It is not a remote role. Salesforce Administration and Support : Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Develop automations, workflows, Salesforce apps, and other customizations to improve and expand the Salesforce experience and functionality. Install, configure, manage, and champion both native and 3rd party apps, plugins, and platform enhancements. Complete regular internal system audits and manage upgrades. Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, and the application development teams. Work independently with members of the user community to define and document requirements. Technology Analysis Support : Participate on project teams and provide system analysis support. Serve as a technical resource to teams in defining technical requirements for Salesforce solutions. Supply technical support for issues relating to Salesforce system and integrations. Make recommendations and actively participate in project teams. Provide technical analysis in solving business problems. Respond to high priority phone and e-mail requests for technology assistance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work with team members to define and document development requirements. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to interact and communicate with outside vendors. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with a diverse group of people. Ability and desire to work in a team environment. Ability to work weekends and late nights when needed. Licenses and Certifications: • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified. • Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred. • MuleSoft certification is a plus. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn. • Ability to stand for extended periods of time occasionally. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator. • Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk. Education/Experience: A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field with a minimum of five years of experience in programming or IT, to include a minimum of two years as a Salesforce Administrator. Compensation: Base starting range: $48.00 to $64.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
