Property Accountant $100/k bonus We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing portfolio of assets for our client, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires strong real estate accounting experience, particularly with Yardi software. What's in it for you: Competitive base salary up to $100,000/yr. Stock options that vest over four years Annual bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance fully covered by the company Flexible work schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office Responsibilities: Maintain general ledger accounting for a portfolio of industrial real estate properties Collaborate closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers to ensure financial accuracy Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis Manage accounts payable and receivable Analyze and abstract lease agreements.
