Duties
- Manage and conduct written discovery processes.
- Draft and file legal briefs and motions.
- Prepare and conduct depositions.
- Collaborate with and guide expert witnesses.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Proven track record of effective communication and legal writing skills.
- Eligibility for bar admission in Washington State or ability to gain admission.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Must be or become a licensed attorney in Washington State.
