Duties

3. Prepare and conduct depositions.
4. Collaborate with and guide expert witnesses.

Requirements

1. Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
2. Proven track record of effective communication and legal writing skills.
3. Eligibility for bar admission in Washington State or ability to gain admission.

Education

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

1. Must be or become a licensed attorney in Washington State.
