The People Partner will play a critical role in supporting our strategic objectives by enhancing the employee experience and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s goals.

What you’ll be doing:

Job Summary: The People Partner will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. This role involves collaborating with management to implement HR strategies that promote talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The People Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on HR-related issues, and will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues. Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  2. Talent Management: Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies. Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
  3. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Provide guidance on performance evaluations and development plans.
  4. Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  6. HRMS Management: Manage and maintain the HR Management System (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and data management. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
  7. Organizational Development: Partner with leadership/ function Leaders to implement organizational development initiatives. Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
