We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Thessaloniki as HR Business Partner - Plant & Logistics Can you say ‘yes’? Do you treat your colleagues with respect? Do you have a proven track record of delivering results? As the HR Business Partner, you will be the Ambassador of our Knauf Values, overseeing the people operations at the plant, focusing on recruitment, engagement, training, onboarding, HR policies, and working closely with all plant & logistics departments to ensure the HR plan implementation. What you’ll be doing: Daily monitor Ergani clock-in/clock out and troubleshoot where necessary. Keep HR records updated in the HRMS. Ensure compliance with employment laws, local and Group policies. Implement Knauf Recruitment Framework to successfully attract and select top talents. Create and support the implementation of the onboarding process in close cooperation with the plant management team. Support end-to-end the training process; identify training needs, update regularly the skills matrix, coordinate the training programs and seminars, keep records. Support teams in the performance review process. Actively participate in the creation and monitoring of personal improvement plans. Implement the rewards policy. Implement team-building activities. Actively cooperate with the Health & Safety department to promote and support Health & Safety at the plant. Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role for a minimum of 5 years. In-depth knowledge of employment laws. Strong communication skills. Performance Orientation.
