The HR People Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing expert HR support and solutions. This role involves driving employee engagement, managing learning & development initiatives, overseeing total rewards, and leading various HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Business Partnership: Align HR strategies with business goals, support talent management, and advise on HR issues.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Manage recognition programs and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support employees’ development.
  • Total Rewards: Contribute to compensation strategies and oversee benefits administration. Manage rewards programs to motivate and retain talent.
  • Project Management: Lead HR projects, including organizational changes and process improvements. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and project success.

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner with expertise in business partnership, engagement, development, rewards, and project management.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with strong expertise in HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
