Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid California RN License required Certifications: BLS, PALS required; NRP & ACLS preferred Must-Have: EPIC experience Job Description: - Work primarily in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). - Must be willing to float to Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as needed. - Weekend shifts required. - Complete orientation involving 16 hours of non-billable training. - Participate in e-learning modules during orientation, which vary by specialty. - Ensure all certifications are American Heart Association (AHA) certified and available at submission. - Background policy notes required prior to submission if applicable. - Adhere to travel compliance requirements, including lab work within 3-5 days of signing. - Return staff policy applies if away for 1 year before returning as a traveler.
