We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to work with an elementary caseload in Warren, MI. This full-time role provides the opportunity to make a positive impact on young students, addressing their social and emotional needs to enhance their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to elementary students
• Conduct social and emotional assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide a support system for students
• Address crisis situations and provide interventions as needed
• Promote a safe and inclusive school environment

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• 310 Certification (required for Michigan Social Workers)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students succeed
