Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced full-stack software engineer with in-depth knowledge in web application design and development. You will be working on designing and developing innovative front-end and backend software features using microservices architecture for our organization’s internal web applications. Our ideal candidate must have demonstrated expertise in Java/J2EE stack, Node.js, React, Typescript, JavaScript, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. You are comfortable with analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and translating requirements into technical designs. You are proficient and adhere to the best practices of software development, such as agile development, code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing. You have worked closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, estimate efforts accordingly, and ultimately deliver quality work on time. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant experience required. 3 years’ experience with Java, J2EE, and Java related technologies such as Spring Framework. Hands-on experience in highly scalable distributed and systems UI development such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Experience in public cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and others. Experience in SQL and NoSQL distributed databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Strong knowledge and understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, concurrency, multi-threading, and scalability. Experience developing RESTful APIs. Ability to work in a dynamic and highly collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree with 3 years relevant experience required. Experience in Node.js, React, or Angular. Knowledge of containerization concepts like Kubernetes, Docker, and others. Experience with continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins) and testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit). Experience in Swift for Mac OS application development. Experience in Python3 and UNIX shell scripting. Education & Experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
