Coordinate new hire processes, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and drug screens Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts Update and maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee data processing Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution Participate in employee disciplinary meetings and human resources investigations Track compliance with required training and ensure adherence to employment laws Conduct research and analyze data for HR projects Process HR forms and documents such as offer letters Regularly review and revise job descriptions Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications
