The CEO will provide strategic leadership across our enterprise, balancing business growth with cultural stewardship. This role requires an experienced executive who can drive financial performance while honoring and advancing our mission to share the stories and traditions of the 19 Pueblos. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Lead development and execution of strategic initiatives that advance both our mission and business objectives Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders including tribal leadership, government officials, business partners, and community members Ensure alignment between commercial success and cultural preservation goals Financial & Operations Management Drive profitable growth across multiple business units including retail, hospitality, and cultural venues Oversee comprehensive financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Cultivate relationships with investors, financial institutions, and philanthropic partners Manage complex funding streams across for-profit and non-profit operations Team & Cultural Leadership Build and mentor high-performing executive teams that embrace both business excellence and cultural values Foster an organizational culture that honors Pueblo traditions while driving innovation and growth Ensure effective collaboration between commercial and cultural programming teams Risk & Compliance Management Protect organizational assets, operations, and reputation through effective risk management Maintain highest standards of governance and ethical practice Ensure compliance with relevant tribal, state, and federal regulations Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred) 10 years senior executive experience with P&L responsibility Proven track record leading complex organizations with multiple business units Strong financial acumen including experience with capital markets and investment analysis Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans Preferred Experience working with tribal governments and organizations Knowledge of Pueblo culture, traditions, and governance structures Background in commercial real estate, property management, or retail development Non-profit management experience Understanding of New Mexico business and political landscape Compensation Lucrative Salary: $230k to $280k Per Month Company paid health benefits 401k J-18808-Ljbffr
