ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director, Data and Donor Analytics, the Manager, Donor Database Administration will join a growing team. The Manager, Donor Database Administration is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, timeliness, and efficacy of BCRF's donor database of record (Raiser's Edge), ensuring quality data that will in turn provide BCRF with the information needed to fundraise at the highest level.
This position is based in New York, New York. BCRF currently requires staff to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.
Primary Responsibilities Manage BCRF database of record, Raiser's Edge, together with Database & Donor Services team colleagues, with a specialized eye on data quality and accuracy. Review entry of all Development and Event gift data, made both off- and online, to ensure consistency and accuracy. Provide support with data entry as needed. Import data files to track mail appeals and event attendance. Work closely with BCRF staff to ensure all donor data is updated in the database with recent cultivation and stewardship activities. Help support fundraisers develop habits of consistently updating database records. Partner with Managing Director, Data and Donor Analytics to plan and execute data improvement projects to support the advancement of BCRF's data analysis capabilities. Manage BCRF's use of data enrichment services to help ensure constituent data is current. This includes but is not limited to data hygiene efforts such as quarterly NCOA updates and annual Deceased Finder import as well as wealth screening data. Review all updated data files to ensure accuracy and hygiene before importing into BCRF database. Maintain data integrity in the database through regular systems checks and audits including timely duplicate record clean-up. Monitor data tables to maintain relevant lists of active table values. Identify opportunities to streamline older data sets. Provide support for pulling queries, exports, and customized reports as needed. Perform list reviews and updates to help ensure information accuracy. Assume other duties as assigned. ABOUT YOU

In addition, you have the following qualifications and experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing fundraising databases for large nonprofit organizations. Proficiency in Raiser's Edge database required; experience with Blackbaud data enrichment tools preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required with particular strength in Excel. Familiarity with Omatic preferred. Clear understanding of the role data plays in promoting best-in-class donor engagement. Superior organizational skills, with impeccable attention to detail and proofreading skills. High degree of initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality and develop strong, collaborative working relationships with colleagues. Flexibility and agility to take on new responsibilities within a growing program. Positive and solution-oriented attitude. Other duties as may be assigned Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time exempt role. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. Our compensation packages include an exceptional benefits package focusing on employe physical, mental and financial wellness. More specifically we offer
