Team Overview
The Planit team is responsible for providing software solutions for media strategists (planners) to enter media plans, submit approvals, report media activity, consolidate budgets and work closely with account teams to achieve their media planning and reporting goals. We work closely with the strategy teams to ensure that the data is being captured accurately and thoroughly.
Planit is a highly configurable and complete solution for capturing, consolidating, and reporting on local media activity across various markets. Once the data is entered, it is then aggregated, validated and available via a suite of custom and ad-hoc reporting tools.
Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Client Solutions is a non-technical role and responsible for the overall deployment and on-going, local/regional support for specific clients using the Planit, OMG's global media planning consolidation platform. The role should also act as the product expert and ensure that the final deliverables meet the approved requirements.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$84,000-$100,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Department Director in the deployment process for Planit and its core components for various OMG clients
- Providing insight during client discovery meetings
- Analyzing and translating client needs into the templatized standard approach
- Configuring platform to meet client business requirements
- Customizing training documentation
- Coordinating training schedule and conducting initial trainings
- Providing UAT support pre-release of new enhancements
- Providing consultation for creating new reports
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Training new users on how to enter their data into the pre-defined input templates
- Providing trouble-shooting assistance in all areas of the platform
- Resolving escalated L2 support tickets
- Recommending product enhancements based on local market feedback
- Assisting in quality assurance and data quality
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 3-5 years of media agency/media systems experience
- Strong knowledge of the US media planning/buying process and media planning terminology
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and working with pivot tables
- A technical mindset and general understanding of development, databases, business intelligence, data visualization and web applications is also ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical aspects to a non-technical audience
- Strong relationship management skills between development and sponsor groups
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems, interpret account needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Work self-sufficiently to complete a project with a minimal supervision
