Sterling Design Support Services (SDS2), a unit of iQuasar LLC for one of their clients, is seeking "Senior Project Engineer", Applicant would be involved with all aspects of the structural engineering design of a wide variety of project types, working directly with the Project Managers and Principals in a dynamic office environment. Must be a good communicator and team player, with strong technical skills and leadership potential. Significant opportunity for growth and opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects including large, complex structures in many market sectors.
- Position : Senior Project Engineer
- Location: Downtown Los Angeles CA
- Position Type: Onsite
- 7 to 10+ years of building design experience with strong leadership potential
- Must have experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types, with emphasis on larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors
- SE license a plus
- Experience with DSA & OSHPD a plus
- Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 a plus
- Master's degree from a US university in structural engineering required
- Strong communication and people skills, and team players required
- Availability to start a new job
