Minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions and environmental regulations. Proven ability to handle "dirt law" transactions with precision and efficiency. Strong written and oral communication skills. Diligence, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Active membership in the Virginia State Bar. Skills:
Expertise in real estate law, including development and transactional matters. Knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, and enforcement. Business development acumen and client relationship management skills. Ability to travel within Virginia as needed for client meetings and hearings. Job Location:
