This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a keen interest in class action litigation. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of class action litigation including initiation, pleadings, discovery, and settlement negotiations. Draft and review various legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various complex issues. Represent the firm and its clients in arbitration. Coordinate with a team of attorneys and paralegals in preparing for trial. Advise clients on the potential outcomes of their cases, based on the current legal environment and recent case law. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful resolution of cases. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience in class action litigation, with a focus on securities fraud and consumer arbitration. Admission to the state bar where practicing. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Strong litigation skills, including experience with trial preparation. Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
