As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the company's financial strategy, operations, and performance. The CFO ensures financial stability and provides financial leadership to support overall business objectives. Responsibilities: Financial Strategy

Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with its short-term and long-term goals. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Prepare and oversee the annual budget, financial forecasts, and financial modeling. Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to make informed decisions.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Capital Management

Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing. Evaluate investment opportunities and manage the organization's investment portfolio.

Risk Management

Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Establish internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the organization's assets.

Cash Flow Management

Model cash flow monthly to reflect tests and strains on the company's operations. Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's ongoing financial stability. Manage working capital effectively.

Tax and Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise on tax-efficient strategies.

Financial Operations

Oversee accounting, finance, and treasury functions. Manage and maintain close personal relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence. Manage financial aspects of acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. Continually evaluate and report corporate Enterprise Value.

Investor Relations

Maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and shareholders. Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to external stakeholders.

Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred. Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success. In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to adapt to changing business environments and make data-driven decisions. High ethical standards and commitment to financial integrity.
