Job Description
We seek an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and liability management. As a critical advisor to the CEO and the leadership team, the CFO will drive financial planning, risk management, and growth strategies that align with the company's goals and vision. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
Develops and executes financial strategies to support company goals and growth plans. Provide insights and recommendations on business and financial decisions. Financial Reporting:
Oversees preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Monitor performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement. Risk Management:
Implement and monitor risk management policies, ensuring financial controls are in place to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow management and capital allocation strategies to ensure liquidity and support operational needs. Leadership & Team Management:
Leads and mentors the Finance Department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Build strong relationships with other department leaders to drive financial awareness. Mergers & Acquisitions (if applicable):
Oversees and guides the financial analysis and due diligence of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities. Tax & Audit Compliance:
Ensures timely compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Oversee external audits and ensure all audit requirements are met. Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with potential for hybrid/remote work. Occasional travel for meetings or company locations, as necessary. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting and use of computer equipment. Light lifting of office materials, such as files and binders. Occasional walking or standing during meetings or presentations. Compensation & Benefits:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). CPA equivalent financial certification. Seven plus (7+) years of experience leading teams; ideally across financial disciplines. Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, and tax laws. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). About
