Additionally, the team acts as an extension to the trading desk by providing support for non-trade execution functions. The team works closely with the trading desk, investment departments, as well as teams across middle office and operations to verify, enrich, and resolve trade issues across the various investment products. The Analyst will be expected to provide daily support to the trade capture and enrichment process, work to address and resolve inquiries from the various internal teams, brokers, and trade counterparties while supported by senior members on the team. Furthermore, the individual will contribute to the development of a robust and controlled operating model and provide support to new functions as the team continues to grow. The position will require you to interact with various investment professionals and global counterparties and will demand superior communication and time-management skills. Team-Specific Accountabilities Support daily trade ticketing and enrichment process for various products such as equity swaps and securities financing trades in a timely and accurate manner Review and process internal and external requests regarding all Public Market products, including but not limited to equities, fixed income, FX rates, etc. Investigate and resolve trade-related issues including but not limited to trade discrepancies, errors, and exceptions that may arise during the trade lifecycle, and escalation to appropriate stakeholders Support ad hoc banking operations tasks, such as onboarding new brokers, updating KYC information, and managing lists of authorized traders and counterparties Address and resolve inquiries from internal and external partners via various platforms in a timely manner Assess the impact of new/amended transactions on reporting, infrastructure, and downstream consumers (Resets, Profit/Loss, Collateral management, etc.) Assist with the team's ongoing expansion by contributing to new and ad-hoc processes as needed Contribute to the development of a robust operating model built on industry best practices Identify, implement, and maintain internal controls with a view to mitigate operational and financial risks Support the ongoing maintenance of the team’s knowledge sharing library Support the construction and maintenance of operational metrics/KPIs If you possess any of the following, we’d like to hear from you: Exemplify our Guiding Principles of Integrity, Partnership and High Performance as well being committed to embracing diversity and working to build an inclusive workplace Demonstrable understanding and/or experience in trade lifecycle management, or trade capture and enrichment within an Operations/Middle Office team.
