Catalog Specialist (Program Specialist 3) SALARY: * * $56,880.00 - $64,440.00 LOCATION: Lynnwood, Washington DESCRIPTION: The Office of Instruction is seeking a full-time Catalog Specialist. This position supports Edmonds College's mission of "Teaching, Learning, Community" by working in collaboration with Faculty Department Heads, division staff and student services staff to provide accurate, student-centered catalog information. Under general direction, the catalog specialist works closely with the Director of Curriculum and Scheduling to review course and program information across databases and helps to ensure clarity to our diverse community about the educational and career opportunities at Edmonds College. The Catalog Specialist role is responsible for assisting in maintaining integrity of data in ctclink and record keeping for accreditation standards. This role supports the Director in complying with State, ICRC, and NWCCU rules, in accordance with credentialing requirements and college policy. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Monitors and tracks updates to catalog changes in Curriculum Management system (Curriculog). Data entry of catalog information and fees in ctclink following college policies. Participates in Curriculum Committee and serves a committee secretary Provides technical assistance to departments in regards to the catalog information Consults with cross-campus teams to remedy any potential issues with catalog information and researches any discrepancies. Helps to maintain and manage resource websites related to Curriculum Management Assists in developing and establishing procedures and policies regarding course and program development.
