Join a prestigious international law firm, based in Los Angeles, as an Environmental & Land Use Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to high-stakes environmental and land-use cases. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in environmental law, specifically with experience in drafting briefs and motions. Salary: $235,000.00 - $365,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal support and representation in environmental and land use litigation.
  • Engage in in-depth drafting and critical review of legal documentation to support litigation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys to manage and strategize on complex environmental cases.
  • Interpret and apply legislative, regulatory, and case law developments related to environmental and land use law.
  • Advising clients on environmental liabilities, compliance strategies, and enforcement actions.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an exemplary academic record.
  • Must be bar certified in California.
  • A minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of substantial experience in environmental law.
  • Strong capability in drafting briefs, motions, and other complex legal documents.
  • Proven ability to handle high-stakes legal matters in a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Judicial clerkship experience, particularly in a related field.
  • Experience in a top law firm or esteemed legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of California environmental and land use law.
