Join a prestigious international law firm, based in Los Angeles, as an Environmental & Land Use Attorney. Salary: $235,000.00 - $365,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support and representation in environmental and land use litigation.
- Engage in in-depth drafting and critical review of legal documentation to support litigation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys to manage and strategize on complex environmental cases.
- Interpret and apply legislative, regulatory, and case law developments related to environmental and land use law.
- Advising clients on environmental liabilities, compliance strategies, and enforcement actions.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from a top-tier law school with an exemplary academic record.
- Must be bar certified in California.
- A minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of substantial experience in environmental law.
- Strong capability in drafting briefs, motions, and other complex legal documents.
- Proven ability to handle high-stakes legal matters in a collaborative team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Judicial clerkship experience, particularly in a related field.
- Experience in a top law firm or esteemed legal environment.
- Strong understanding of California environmental and land use law.
