Senior Real Estate Finance Attorney We are seeking a highly-qualified Senior Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our Real Estate group based in Dallas, TX. This position involves representing institutional equity investors and developers in multifaceted real estate transactions, especially in joint ventures, financial structuring, and commercial real estate development. As a senior member of the team, you will spearhead critical negotiations and play a pivotal role in strategic acquisitions, developments, and financings. $220,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead negotiations and draft documentation for real estate joint ventures. Represent institutional equity investors and developers in acquiring and developing multifamily, industrial, cold storage, and commercial real estate assets. Oversee drafting and negotiating real estate financial transactions including construction and stabilized financings, debt fund, structured finance, and CMBS-style loans. Collaborate on high-profile projects involving complex capital stack components like equity, senior debt, and mezzanine finance. Provide expert legal advice on strategic partnerships and corporate structuring for real estate investments. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Texas. Minimum of 6 years of substantive experience in real estate finance and joint ventures. Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage substantial client relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of various real estate financial and legal frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-profile and multi-faceted real estate projects. Demonstrated leadership in managing both small and large-scale transactions. Expertise in legal issues surrounding real estate development and financing. Skills: Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective team management and leadership skills.
