The Website and E-commerce Specialist will be a pivotal member of the marketing team, offering the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital presence while contributing to the growth of our e-commerce and marketing initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to optimize website performance, SEO, content strategy, and e-commerce initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Own the front-end and back-end operations of the company websites, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance Oversee website analytics to track performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for conversion rates Lead website redesigns and updates in collaboration with developers, agencies, or internal teams Content Strategy & Management
Develop and own the overarching content strategy, aligning it with brand objectives and target audience needs that drives website traffic Create and manage an editorial calendar for website content, blog posts, product pages, and e-commerce channels Partner with design and marketing teams to produce visually compelling and SEO-optimized content Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines Manage and organize content updates for e-commerce and informational pages Track and report on content performance metrics such as engagement, SEO rankings, and conversion rates Use analytics tools to identify gaps and opportunities for improving content effectiveness Continuously iterate and refine content strategies based on data and industry trends SEO
Analyze website performance and optimize content for improved user experience and conversions Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic search rankings and traffic Integrate content planning with keyword research to produce high-ranking, relevant materials Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices Develop cornerstone content (e.g., guides, how-tos) that establishes the brand as a thought leader E-Commerce
Oversee the company's e-commerce strategy- both for the spa business and our product site, ensuring seamless functionality across online platforms Manage the new booking engine project in 2025 to enhance online conversion rate for our spa business Manage the Amazon storefront and product listings, optimizing for visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with our product team to ensure inventory levels and quality optimized for sales Coordinate e-commerce campaigns and promotions for our spa business in addition to product launches and campaigns to drive revenue growth Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance performance Benefits of Working for milk + honey:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field 4+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, and website management Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools for tracking and optimization. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Demonstrated success in creating content that drives engagement and conversions. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding knowledge (preferred) Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of UX writing and its impact on website and e-commerce performance. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple deadlines. Expertise in integrating content strategies across digital touchpoints
