Feb 09, 2023 Job Summary: The Vice President, Audit & Accountability is part of the Global Operations (GO) department, responsible for implementing ideas across all brands and disciplines. The Global Quality team holds operators and owners accountable to our Standards, improving the guest experience through tools like guest surveys and hotel audits. The Audit & Accountability team leads the Brand Standard Audits program and the Global Accountability program. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team engaged in standards and audit development and management. Execute the Global Accountability Program, looking for improvement opportunities. Partner with brand, discipline, continent, and corporate sponsors to enhance guest experience. Manage audit & accountability budgets and relationships with external consultants. Mentor team members for professional growth. Candidate Profile: Required Education and Experience: 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major. 10 years of business management leadership experience. Advanced degree or MBA highly desired. Preferred Experience: Hotel operations experience. Strong partnership and negotiation skills. Team building and coaching skills. Excellent organizational awareness and time management skills. Ability to influence and articulate concepts clearly. Core Work Activities: Lead project teams for audit-related products and services. Collaborate with external audit firms on best practices. Translate requirements into customer-driven solutions. Build and review presentations for key executives. Continuously improve guest experience through collaboration.
