Recognized real estate leader:
with 8 years progressive sales and management experience; proven track record of sales excellence with demonstrated leadership credibility. Manager and motivator:
with proven ability to effectively manage all levels of the organization; train, motivate and lead branch vice presidents and sales associates. Problem solver:
with excellent project management skills who can analyze unique situations, and creatively solve problems. Results driven:
with strong business and financial acumen and demonstrated profit and loss responsibility. Outstanding communicator:
with exceptional people-to-people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills. Technologically proficient:
with familiarity of various operating systems and programs on PCs and Macs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe programs. Education:
a four-year college degree in business-related field of study is preferred; licensed real estate agent.
