WW Hematology PREREQUISITES: 10 years biopharma marketing experience, 4 years of hematology/oncology BA/BS required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred The Executive Director of WW Multiple Myeloma - CELMoD Portfolio will lead the commercial development and launch of our CELMoD assets in multiple myeloma. The CELMoD program is one of the company’s top pipeline opportunities, with multi-billion dollar potential revenues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as the commercial lead on the Asset Development Team, providing critical input to the overall product strategy and development/life cycle plans. Lead the cross functional WWBT (WW brand team) to develop the brand strategy and launch planning, collaborate with core markets to ensure launch readiness, and drive successful execution of the brand strategy. Develop a high performing team and talent pipeline with strong strategic marketing capabilities; motivate and inspire team to achieve goals and bring innovative solutions addressing customer/market needs; ensure competitive readiness. Collaborate with core markets on market solutions and shared accountability for in-market performance; gain deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges and opportunities. Engage with key opinion leaders, establish strong partnerships, and ensure appropriate customer feedback and customer-centric thinking in strategic plans. Communicate brand vision and strategy, ensuring stakeholder alignment across functions, geographies, and levels. Requirements: 10 years biopharmaceutical marketing/commercial experience with minimum 4 years in hematology/oncology; 2 years in local/regional marketing; sales experience a plus. Experience launching and/or developing new products, ideally in hematology/oncology. Skilled at developing strategic plans, positioning, branding, and messaging; digital marketing experience a plus. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, adept with business analytics & forecasting. Excellent communications skills; ability to make compelling presentations to executive management; strong influencing skills. Ability to travel within the US as well as internationally (25% travel).
